Shown here is a Defender 90 Hard Top Station Wagon with original paint and a recent engine rebuild.  The Defender was sourced from the small beach town of Pornichet France from a Monsieur Moise.  Manufactured on April 25, 1997 and sold new in Germany on June 10, 1997 by Land Rover Deutschland GmbH.  The previous owner purchased this Defender in November 11, 2009 according to French registration documents.  Monsieur Moise provided us with a history file of upgrades, routine maintenance, and recent major maintenance.  This 1997 Land Rover Defender 90 300TDI is shown in the factory paint color Epsom Green Metallic (Paint Code: LRC961) and original grey interior upholstery.  The interior appears to be all original Land Rover spec including the middle front seat and rear jump seats.  Along with the Carpeted front floors and interior trim leads us to believe this was a higher spec model when ordered new.  A set of 235/85R16 Lanvigator Mud Terrain tires mounted to a set of factory original 5-spoke 16" Alloy Wheels.  The recently rebuilt 300TDI diesel engine runs properly, and 5-Speed manual transmission shifts correctly through the gears after a recent clutch replacement.  A British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate is included with the sale.  Contact us to review the maintenance file and history regarding this Defender.
