Shown here is a Defender 90 convertible with a recent refresh including a full tear down respray and new upholstery. The Defender was sourced from the small commune of Saint-Clair-sur-Galaure, France in the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes Region from a Monsieur Chicheportiche. Sold new on December 14, 1994 in France and purchased by the previous owner on May 5, 2014 according to French registration documents. Monsieur Chicheportiche provided us with a history file of upgrades, routine maintenance, and recent major maintenance. This 1994 Land Rover Defender 90 300TDI is shown Smooth Grey with new dark grey upholstery. The interior does have a front center seat and four rear jump seats to make the Defender capable of hauling 7 passengers safely. The tan Exmoor trim soft top and hood sticks are new and installed by us here at Car Cave. An aftermarket fiberglass top is also included with the sale and shown in pictures. This gives the Defender the flexibility of many configurations to handle a variety of weather. A set of 235/85R16 BFG All Terrain tires are mounted to a set of Smiths black 5-spoke 16" Alloy Wheels. The 300TDI diesel engine runs smooth and properly sending power back to the R380 5-Speed manual transmission which glides through the gears.
