Calling all petrolheads! Car Cave USA is proud to partner with Great Oak Equine Assisted Programs to host Great Oakwood. This charity car show will benefit Great Oak in its mission to assist individuals with the development of life skills for educational, professional, and personal goals through equine-assisted activities.

The Show will take place Saturday, November 12th from 10 am to 3 pm. Food vendors and live music will also be onsite during the show!

Participants:

Two ticket options are available for Show Cars

Limited paved show car parking spots are available for $30 Dollars in advance of the Show and $40 Dollars the day of the Show if available.

Concourse-style grass show car parking is available for $15 Dollars.

Attendees:

All other patrons not showing their vehicles are encouraged to come to the show! $1 Dollar parking is available across the street from CarCave USA at Great Oak as pictured above. We encourage a donation in addition to the purchase of your parking to benefit Great Oak!

Will Bathrooms be onsite?
The event will provide bathrooms for attendees and participants.

Will there be food on sale during the event?
Vendors will be present for lunch for attendees and participants. Show participants are provided catered breakfast with their tickets.

Where do I park?
Event Participants will park on the Car Cave USA property and enter off of Hedge Road.
Handicap Parking is available with a golf cart shuttle.
Attendees will purchase a $1 Dollar parking ticket that will also pay for admission to the event. The attendee parking will be located across HWY 19 at Great Oak Therapeutic Riding. Donations are encouraged!

Can I bring my family?
Yes! Of Course! 1 Parking ticket for attendees covers admission for the entire car. No need to buy additional tickets.

Can I have a refund for my ticket?
No, Tickets are nonrefundable donations! Thank you for understanding!

Is the event dog friendly?
No dogs are not allowed at this event!

Does my car qualify as a show car?
We encourage everyone to show their automotive passion no matter what they drive! If you love it bring it!

Can My business sponsor the event?
Absolutely, we welcome sponsorships!

How will I be contacted in the event of inclement weather?
You will be contacted via the email that you provided when you purchase a ticket in case of the event rescheduling.
