The factory Bose radio was sourced from Carrol Corvette to maintain original audio fidelity, while the gauge cluster was removed then bench-tested at Nichols Speedometer to ensure accuracy. Other maintenance includes a coolant and fuel system flush, a fresh engine oil change, parking brake cable lubrication, and the replacement of the driver’s window channel for proper function. While we have not extensively road-tested this Corvette to preserve its original tires for the next owner, we recommend replacing them before any long-distance driving.

Unlike standard models, this Corvette is equipped with unique options, including power driver (AC3) and passenger (AC1) leather seats with six-way adjustability for maximum comfort. It was delivered new with an optional auxiliary hardtop (CC2), one of only 976 Corvettes equipped with this feature, though the hardtop is no longer available. The factory-installed Electronic Air Conditioning Control (C68) maintains comfort in any climate. The rare 6-speed manual transmission (MN6) was installed on only 5,330 vehicles overall and a limited number of convertibles. The Delco-Bose Stereo (U1F), a high-end sound system option priced at $1,219 when new, offers premium audio quality, while the factory luggage rack (V56), installed on only 765 convertibles at an original cost of $140, adds convenient storage out back as the trunk space is limited.
