Our Process
Schedule Your Evaluation: Book online or call us directly. We’ll set a time to bring your vehicle in and schedule an initial evaluation of your vehicle. We’ll help arrange transport if needed.
Inspection & Discovery: We’ll perform a thorough mechanical and visual inspection tailored to your vehicle type.
You’ll receive:
- A detailed condition report
- Photos and technician notes
- A prioritized Service Action Plan
- Transparent pricing on any recommended work
Service Begins
Once you approve the plan, we’ll schedule your vehicle into the bay.
Our team works methodically—no rushed jobs, no shortcuts. We take longer than the other shops, but we do our jobs right.
We’ll keep you updated with:
- In-progress updates
- Progress for OEM or specialty parts sourcing
- Final quality-control checklists
Delivery & Documentation
Your vehicle is returned in better shape than it arrived.
You’ll get a Car Cave Service Report with:
- Completed work summary
- Maintenance recommendations for the future
- We also keep all records on file to make future service smooth and personalized.
