Shown here is a Defender 90 factory-built 300TDI sourced from a dry region of France near the Italy border. The Defender is shown in Land Rover Alpine White (Paint Code 456) paint with new black vinyl upholstery. The previous owner installed a +5CM Lift Kit consisting of springs and shocks which allow the 33x12.50 General Grabber AT2 tires to fill the wheel wells nicely. This Defender runs good, shifts well, and drives down the road like it should. The exterior is further accented by rock sliders and black chequere plate found on the wing tops. We found this offroad legend in the dry climate climate of Dommartin, France. Originally sold new on September 21, 1994 and purchased by Car Cave in summer of 2024 from a Monsieur Alfaro. Monsieur Alfaro was using this Defender as his adventure rig to traverse the country side and mountains.

Factory built with the solid and reliable 300TDI 2.5L Turbo Diesel engine and R380 5 Speed manual transmission. The 300TDI diesel engine runs properly and 5-Speed manual transmission shifts correctly through the gears.

We completed a mechanical review and found the Defender to be mechanically sound. Recent maintenance performed by Car Cave includes an oil change, oil filter, fuel filter, coolant flush, and fixing the hood latch. In addition we tracked down an electrical problem in the dash wiring and resolved the issue. The rear seats were installed for a total seating of 5. Front seats are newly reupholstered and the rear seats are new.
