The Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series, which replaced the iconic 40 Series, is known for its rugged straight-axle build, global adaptability, and off-road capability. This FZJ75, featuring the powerful 1FZ 4.5L 24-valve inline-6 engine, was sourced from the dry climate of the Middle East. The 1FZ engine—also found in 80 Series Land Cruisers and Lexus LX450s—delivers excellent road performance. Our 1994 Land Cruiser pickup is an ex-agency, left-hand-drive example with a removable top and fold-down windshield. The special-order “000” color code confirms its original use by the Oman government. Car Cave imported this FZJ75 from Oman in 2025.

The exterior is finished in silver with tri-color graphics, while the interior features two-tone brown/light brown reupholstered vinyl 60/40 split bench seats and vinyl flooring. Factory 16-inch split-rim steel wheels are fitted with aged, mismatched tires. Car Cave is offering an $800 tire allowance towards a new set of rubber. Additional factory features include dual fuel tanks with a sub-tank gauge, integrated side steps, the original Toyota radio, locking fuel caps, a bed-mounted full-size spare, power brakes, and power steering.

Mechanically, the front axle is a solid axle with power disc brakes, while the rear axle is a 9.5-inch drum brake setup with a 4.111:1 gear ratio, providing a 2,200-pound payload capacity. Power steering ensures ease of maneuverability. Car Cave performed a full mechanical review and service upon arrival, including an oil change, oil filter, front swivel grease service, new steering damper, and repair of the turn signal assembly. The truck runs smoothly, shifts good, starts easily, and performs well on-road.
